With qualifications in Human Resource Management and Sociology and a professional background in Market Research, Marketing and Human Resources, I have extensive experience in these fields having worked with Unilever in Australia and Nestle in Australia and the United Kingdom.

My experience in consulting includes both Executive Recruitment and Human Resource Services.

I co-founded and grew an Executive Recruitment business, which was ultimately acquired by Adecco the world’s largest staffing company. I then ran the Australian Executive Recruitment business of Adecco for a couple of years.

I have designed and conducted various consulting assignments for around 200 domestic and international companies including such brands as Coca-Cola, Bain & Co, Accenture, PwC, Pepsi, Nestle, Frito-Lay, American Express, Unilever and EY.

Specializing in Career Management and Job Search Coaching, I make it my business to stay up-to-date with recruitment and career trends internationally and I maintain contact with many thought leaders in these areas throughout the English speaking world.
